How it works on Fridays

Equipment Drop-off

Parents drop off tagged/labeled equipment in the NBMS Tennis Court Lot with Ski Club Parent Volunteers. We lock up the equipment all day for kids to pick up after school. This should be skis/boards, poles, boots, and winter clothing - anything they need for skiing but don’t want with them in the school during the day.

Dismissal and Bus Loading

Kids walk out to the buses, find their labeled gear, put it on their assigned bus, board for the trip to Liberty.

Bus Drive

Kids ride the bus, paying attention to chaperone instructions.

Ski Time!

After unloading their equipment from the buses and changing into their ski gear, kids enjoy the mountain, take lessons, and find the buses no later than 9:15p.

Bus Loading and Departure

Kids load their equipment onto the bus.

Chaperones conduct head counts to ensure everyone is accounted for.

Bus Drive back to NBMS

Once headcount is 100% complete, all buses depart Liberty for the trip home to NBMS. No buses leave until everyone is accounted for! Ski Club leaders will text all parents using WhatsApp indicating departure and ETA at NBMS.

Arrive NBMS and Pick Up

Buses will arrive back at NBMS between 11-11:30a.

Parents are responsible for picking up skiers at this time.
